NBA members can contribute their time and skills through legal monitoring, voter assistance, election administration, and other trusted Election Protection opportunities. Training and deployment for many opportunities will be provided through NBA partners.

LEGAL OBSERVER / LEGAL ROVING MONITOR
Help identify and respond to potential voting barriers and Election Day issues as part of a trained legal monitoring program.
Who: Attorneys and other eligible legal professionals, subject to partner requirements.
Training: Required.
When: Primarily Election Day.
Where: NBA’s flagship Election Day deployment will focus on seven cities, with additional opportunities as available.
